CyberSpec: Behavioral Fingerprinting for Intelligent Attacks Detection on Crowdsensing Spectrum Sensors

Integrated sensing and communication is a novel paradigm using crowdsensing spectrum sensors to help with the management of scarcity. However, well-known vulnerabilities resource-constrained possibility being manipulated by users physical access complicate their protection against data falsification (SSDF) attacks. Most recent literature suggests behavioral fingerprinting Machine/Deep Learning (ML/DL) for improving similar cybersecurity issues. Nevertheless, applicability these techniques in devices, impact attacks affecting integrity, performance scalability models suitable heterogeneous types are still open challenges. To improve limitations, this work presents seven SSDF introduces CyberSpec, an ML/DL-oriented framework device detect anomalies produced CyberSpec has been implemented validated ElectroSense, real RF monitoring platform where several configurations proposed have executed different sensors. A pool experiments unsupervised ML/DL-based demonstrated suitability detecting previous within acceptable timeframe.
